Such great value for the money. This bag lasts forever. I mix a scoop into my morning coffee and one into my evening tea. But if im not in the mood for tea/coffee its very very easy to dissolve in a bit of water and the taste is just mildly sweet. It has definitely helped bring my fasting blood sugar numbers back into range during pregnancy.

Fantastic stuff! I like that it's loose powder so I can control how much I take. I first got this to help with PCOS symptoms, but never really noticed anything for it so stopped. Decided to try it again since I still had a lot left and when looking for a dose to try, saw that it could be used for anxiety/stress/depression. It intrigued me bc I was going through a lot of stress at that time so decided to give it a try at the doses I saw suggested. 10-14g. 1tsp for me is about 5-6g so I've been doing 1 tsp in the morning and 1 tsp after dinner and lemme tell you... IT WORKS. I didn't realize it at first until the next day when it finally dawned on me that I just wasn't freaking out about the thing that was causing me A LOT of anxiety/stress before. I was close to having panic attacks just thinking about this certain thing and then after taking the inositol... it just isn't bothering me at all anymore. I wish I had known about this before. You do have to be careful with higher doses bc it can cause some diarrhea, but honestly... worth it to finally not have crippling anxiety anymore. I just mix with a little bit of water and gulp it. Taste is sweet. No weird after taste or anything. Maybe a little grainy if I don't dissolve it better, but not a big deal.

I absolutely love this inositol supplement. I think I might make this my primary inositol. I started taking this about 2 weeks before my menses and by the time they came around, the cramps were less and it was tolerable. I didn’t have to stay home from work. It dissolves clear in water and it’s virtually tasteless so you can mix it with your favourite drink (except carbonated drinks) and you won’t realize it’s there. Definitely recommend.

Love taking this for my PCOS. It’s helped my acne a lot and helps somewhat with my energy. I took capsules before this and it was kinda of a pain to be taking so many to get the recommended amount so I switched to this kind and it’s much easier to take. I just put it either in my water or protein shake in the morning and I’m done. There is no taste or smell to this. I like the price as most other brands are more expensive. I got the biggest bag so it was a little more expensive but still worth it for the price. I’ve had no bad side effects. I would recommend this for anyone with PCOS to try. I’ve been taking it for about a month now so still need to give it a minimum of 3 months for it to really do work in your body but it the same for any vitamin and consistency is key for anything natural you take. This is not a quick fix but it will help if you give it time. I love it and will continue to take it.

Much cheaper than the $70/80 (depending on where you buy) little jar. I don't know if it's actually helping. The original stuff was recommended for possible pcos/fertility issues by my hormone specialist. I'm in the "it could just be hormone fluctuation" phase so I don't really know. At least it's cheaper if it isn't working.

Less expensive than the femisitol but you get 5times more and it works just the same.. I even shared some with my daughter bc it was so much. It come with a little scooper so you can use one scoop and keep it moving. It’s dissolvable and TASTELESS !! It works so well and keeps my chin hair from sprouting every week (I get one hair that sprouts but with this it doesn’t sprout out)

I want to start by saying thank you so much for making this product! It has truly made such a difference for me. I went from having a period only every 4–6 months to having a regular cycle every month. It dissolves easily, has no taste, and it’s been incredibly effective. I’m so grateful!
