Works with Kalita
I used it with Kalita, not a V60 and it still worked great for me. Coffee grains remain still and water gets distributed evenly from top to bottom.

It actually improves the taste of your cup!
This flow control device is excellent - maybe even a bit more convenient than the ‘name brand’ item! The dripper greatly reduces agitation of your grounds, which prevents fines from rising to the top and messing with the water flow rate. This results in a much cleaner and better tasting cup of coffee. It’s noticeable. It’s super easy to use! The black support piece nestles nicely into the V60-02, as well as sits stable on top of a 3c Chemex. The actual dripper part is removable from the support cage - note that this kit does not include a handle. A small Allen wrench works, but it’s not needed. Openings in the support allow you to finish your pour and take care of any stuck grounds, though you don’t get much of that when using the dripper. Cleaning is easy, just give it a rinse. Overall - a great, low cost purchase if you’re into pour over coffee and want to get your best cup!
