Does exactly what it says
I needed a large exercise mat to use on carpet to protect my joints while I did HIIT and strength workouts. Rebel only sell smaller, rectangular ones so I was excited to find this Miramat one, almost exactly the size I wanted. And it has been absolutely BRILLIANT. It's heavy duty so, combined with the friction provided by the underside, it hasn't once moved on the carpet while I exercise, even while doing jumps and skaters. It's comfortable to lie on and I feel really protected by the thickness. Can't recommend this highly enough, especially as Miramat is Australian so it ships from Brisbane, meaning no inordinate shipping costs on top of the admittedly high price. But I've found that price utterly worth it for the quality and peace of mind.

Very pleased
I do regular PT workouts via Zoom so needed a decent mat to protect my floor and make being on the floor more comfy. My previous mat kept sliding and stretching and was dreadful. This mat is great. It doesn't slip on my wooden floor, and doesn't stretch when doing a plank. It is comfortable, large enough to accommodate most exercises and easy to roll up and put away. Happy to recommend this.
