I’ve gone through about 15 of the tubes over the last year as I did a full 21 days course when my stomach pain got quiet bad and when I have a flare up now they are very mild compared to what they were which I believe is from this gel. I just use these occasionally to avoid flare ups if I’ve ate something i shouldn’t of. Large tubes are more cost effective but these are handy for your bag when out. I fold sachet in half, squeeze it all out and then follow with a large gulp of water. Super easy and no mess.

I’ve left a more in depth review on the full size tube.
