The body building.com version is not oversee or manufactured by Jim Stoppani. Amazon or GNC are the only true Jym supplements. **Q: why this product banned in California saying it may cause cancer?** A: Because every item made in California has the prop warning on it. Everything. Something dumb that they do there. The product is safe. **Q: Why does this not contain literally the most important nutrients like vitamin D, zinc, magnesium??** A: I don't know but If I had to guess here's my guess: Zinc better absorbed in a sublingual delivery. Vita D, some people need 5000 IU daily, we live in Montana (northern climate & very little winter sun) so we take 50,000 IU once a week. Magnesium may be too bulky to put in without making capsules too big, this is just a guess. But look at the other ingredients that are hard to get in other multi vitamins: vanadium, selenium, boron, iodine, copper, manganese, chromium and Vita K2. I can easily add the zinc, Vita D & magnesium, which I do. As someone thats skeptical about multivitamins, I continue to buy this because I can actually notice the change in mood and overall alertness. Switched over to Jym brand after doing some research on what vitamins and minerals work well with others. So far, I am taking this, Fish Oil, and the Magnesium as directed by Jym's label and seem to be helping with recovery. Try to get these when they go on sales. FYI you will not notice any significant changes within the same day. The reason I realized they worked was when I was off them while waiting for more to come in.Scent: Smells like a spicy pill (Thats the only way I can describe them).Color: Orange colored pillsThese are large pills, but smaller then the fish oil pills. Aside from things such as creatine and protein powder, I never found a multivitamin that really made me feel any different then if I was not taking it.As I took the next step in my fitness journey, I decided dive deeper into supplements and what I specifically would benefit from based on my training split (which involves about 11–15 miles of running a week, and five days a week of strength training).I’ve always known about Dr. Jim Stoppani and I’ve used his PreJym and PostJym in the past. They are also great products, but what I’m getting out with this whole review is that Dr. Jim Stoppani has published a ton of scientific research which is scholarly backed.Reading his articles on multivitamins and how a lot of multivitamins contain ingredients that directly inhibit the uptake of other minerals and vitamins, I decided to give his vitamin and zinc/magnesium a try. I take the vitamin in the morning with my breakfast, and the zinc/magnesium at night right before bed.After about two weeks of consistent use, I can absolutely tell that I feel better overall, and my recovery has went through the roof! On my long run days, I used to find myself completely destroyed the next day.
