Westin Heavenly Bed - Signature Hotel Mattress of Westin Hotels - Pocket Coil & Foam Mattress - Luxury Hotel Bed - Full Size Mattress Only

Bought this mattress king size September 2025 , they claim it has a medium rating of 5. I found that it feels more like a 9 or 10 firmness and am very disappointed in my purchase. Now what do I do with it?

I bought the mattress based on previous experiences staying at Westin hotels. Unfortunately they have changed the mattress and they are not the same as the ones used in the hotels that I stayed with them before. The mattress at the Westin hotels were soft, very comfy and relaxing, I slept like baby when I stay at their hotels, the mattress that I got has a different top and it is quite firm, way firmer than the ones at the hotels, so much that I'm using 2 toppers to make it feel a little bit comfier, but even though, it still feels quite firm.
