My old pc was so slow and out dated but this Refurbished DEll Optiplex Looks New works Like dream with its updated programming,And Easy to set up.

Since it was a used office PC, it came with a clean Windows install, and setup was straightforward. Works great,delivered a week ahead of schedule

Desktop delivered was defective. Yellow lamp of power button. During Amazon's return process it was suggested that I contact Dell support to resolve issue. WHY WOULD I WASTE MY TIME TROUBLESHOOTING A DESKTOP THAT WAS NOT IN WORKING ORDER OUT OF THE BOX? Do consumers really take that kind of bad advice so that Amazon and the seller can keep your money with no acceptance of their responsibility for shipping defective merchandise? I guess they do. My time has value. I have wasted my valuable time unpacking the desktop, setting it up, discovering that it is defective, and now repacking it, taking my valuable time to drive the defective desktop to a UPS Store and driving home at $5.50/gallon for gas, and neither Amazon or the seller will reimburse me for my valuable time wasted on their defective product. My recommendation: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER.

I bought 2 of these; mine & 1 for my daughter. Fast even for games, business and social media browsing

So far so good, time will tell but so far I am enjoying this computer for the money, it can't be beat!

So far the PC itself works, but only because I had a cord that would fit it, because it didn’t come with one. As well as the keyboard had 1/3 of the keys missing. There was also pieces laying in the bottom free that I still have no idea what they are or where they go. I’ll know more about the PC itself once I begin using it for my job.
