These are very cool I've yet had a chance to really work with him I tried them out but I had rotator cuff surgery so it was really hard and challenging to get a full workout but the little bit that I tried I really like them I will resubmit my review after I get a good chance to really try them out

Okay, so, this… ab workout thing. It's a punching bag, right? But for sit-ups. I know what you're thinking, 'why would I want to punch it while I'm working out my abs?' Well, all I'm saying is it's... fun. And we could all use a little fun right now, right? Even though it feels as if it's been a while since I've felt true happiness. It is a great way to work out your abs and legs. It might seem odd to be focusing on fitness when the sky is doing... that, but I figure, if we’re going to be running from… things, we’d better be in shape. The great thing is this works your abs, legs, waist... It is a full workout, I tell you. So, yeah, five stars. It's the perfect workout for those of us trying to maintain a semblance of normalcy in a not at all normal situation. And for quick escapes, of course.

Easy to set-up Punching Bag Equipment for Abs Workout by Islifeky. It looks like a funny set-up but it is actually a quite effective workout for your Abs. You can’t help but laugh at yourself but you can really feel the workout when you focus on the form of the exercise. The pump that comes with the punching bags is cheap and not very effective. I used my own pump and everything inflated as needed. A very good workout!

To be honest, I got this as sort of a joke display at a party, and it is hilarious, AND you get an intense ab workout. I actually love it, and I fully thought it was just going to be for the joke. Nope, looks like I played the joke on myself and got myself something that made me do 100 crunches while laughing about it. 10/10

When I forst ordered this it was proced at $39.99 but has dropped to $29.99 I have recently decided to get nack into physical fitness due to joining a rollerderby team, we have to do crunches and squats and I wanted to make those activities more fun. These little punching bags were the perfect way to make something so tedious feel fun again. They are easy to put together and inflate and to take apart and put away when done. My children and husband are always trying to take then from me and use them which would be fine except they never put them back. I would highly recommend these particularly because they are a far better quality than I expected to receive for this price point.
