I am so happy with this purchase, we did use it for THANKSGIVING, food keeps warm for so many hours …. JUST LOVED IT 😍 nice looking item 👍🏼

We used this unit very little. On/Off switch burned up after only 1 month use, replaced switch at half the unit cost for repairman. It worked another 2 month, but now it stopped heating. There is no place where I can get support, other than the troubleshooting page, which is useless. So after only 4 month use, I have a boat anchor. Worked well while it was working. Would not recommend this item at all.

Well packaged and easy to assemble. (My kit didn't come with tongs but I have lots). On first use it leaked all the water out from behind the control panel. I contacted Amazon and they sent a replacement unit, with instructions to send back the original. Replacement unit was different model. Sent back the replacement unit. I contacted the manufacturer (Vevor) on how to proceed as I bought a multi year warranty. It’s days later and I am still waiting on an email or phone call after a brief online chat with a CSR.
