It is quite a bit higher in cholesterol, sodium, calcium, iron, and potassium (not sure if these are good things, a lot of people get too much iron already). They both have 20g of protein. I drink both heavily chilled, sometimes even freezing them and thawing then re-blending to get a slushie. Hot is also okay, but I don't do that.
