The Sounce 7-in-1 hub is sleek, lightweight, and works well for most of my devices. Keyboard, mouse, and speaker are recognized instantly and perform without any lag. However, Iโm keeping 1 star off because sometimes it doesnโt detect my external SSD/HDD or pendrive, which can be a bit frustrating. Other than that, itโs a great addition for expanding ports and managing multiple devices easily.

Out of box experience and support is poor
The overall product though nice, light weight, sleek with a good premium look... The overall cable length is of ~6cm ensures that the product is hidden behing the desktop or even on a laptop is not disturbing to operate. The price though value proposition is good has poort support for replacement or returns. I have to rate poorly due to one out of the four ports is not working. see attached image. when tried to select replacement is give options for self help which is generic and then videos and contact manufacture. Being in a product industry we call this dead or arrival (DoA) and not initial out of box customer experience (OOBE) is bad and typically replacement is done. but here this support and replacement option is not available.

One port does not work, but...
One port does not work, the one closest to the connection to the computer. Could not put mouse or keyboard connector into it. But at this price, 199, I guess I should not complain. The other three ports work fine, and i need to be functional. So, not returning it, as I am working, but if this was a shop I would try another piece.

Worth Buying? Honest Review
โGood quality product, works as expected. Totally worth the price.โ Ports feel firm and not loose while plugging/unplugging. Ports remains cool to slightly warm during normal use.

This USB C hub works really well. All ports are functioning properly. Compact design and easy to use with laptop. Good product for daily use.

Not as advertised
Wouldn't recommend buying this item. I received an adapter that looks very similar to the advertised item but it's not the same nor is it equal in terms of functionality and quality. Item received (BYL-2110) has no dedicated Type-C port for data it only has a PD port which can't be used for data transfer. Ports layout is also not the same. Would not recommend....
