Seiko Herren-Uhr Kinetik Edelstahl mit Edelstahlband

Great looking watch, classy for the money and a nice mix of dress watch and sporty in the same item. The face is very clear and the luminosity is excellent in the dark -- see video. The date switches over at approx midnight and does so quickly (like over the space of an hour or less) rather than taking at least two hours on other watches I had. It is very accurate. The bracelet arrives large - I am slim build and it needed 2-3 links removed. Plenty big enough for a large wrist, I would say.

Twenty years ago I took an international flight and saw a Seiko watch advert on the back of a magazine. Determined to have that watch and bought it on my return. It needed a full refurbishment after 18 years and my son, now 20, wears it every day.. My wife bought me three other Seiko watches for presents in the last 5 years and I bought her two. I bought this watch in black for my other son (worn daily). I now also have the blue version. I like the idea that they run more or less forever without needing a battery. (A word of warning - the battery can die if you don't wear them regularly - and it costs about £50 to get the battery replaced) Stylish, reliable, good weight. (Yes I KNOW I don't need 4 watches and that I didn't have to spend £2000 on watches but hey ho. Fun day in Timpsons putting four watches on the counter for adjustment)

Fantastic watch. Keeps perfect time and is a great quality Seiko self winding watch. Looks far more expensive than it was :-)

The watch is a beautiful looking piece and it sits well on my hand. I was worried it would be too large for my wrist but it is nicely proportioned. The bracelet is comfortable and gives well with the overall design of the watch. A slight ( tiny) issue is when it is quiet ( almost silent) the mechanism is quite loud but you don't notice this at all with any background noise If you're in the market for a casual watch you should consider this

Very beautiful watch. The size is perfect. Works perfectly. Time retention is perfect. Came in a cheap box, but even though worth it.

A nice watch had a SEIKO before absolutely no problems considering the company is abroad

I've been wearing this for the best part of a month and it has been 100% accurate and is comfortable on the wrist (once the overlong strap had been adjusted). If you "wind it up" off the wrist, it seems noisy, but it's not audible when wearing it. It's a little on the large side, but slim, so fits under a shirt cuff well. Looks great smart or casual, and definitely gives the impression of being much more expensive. Would be nice if the quartz mechanism ticked over half seconds, rather than just whole seconds, but that's hardly a deal-breaker at this price and quality.

I sent my watch for repair because the second hand was supposed to align with the seconds on the dial, but it didn’t. Since then, there has been complete silence. I have confirmation that it was sent, but no response whatsoever. I have no idea what happened to my watch. It seems like Seiko is just ignoring me. So be careful.

Montre que je trouve élégante et parfaite pour moi. Étanchéité à 100m donc aucun risque à ce niveau. Mécanisme qui recharge la batterie avec les mouvements donc plus jamais besoin de changer la pile et donc d'ouvrir le boîtier. La majorité des problèmes avec une montre étant liés à cette manipulation la fiabilité est garantie.

Cette petite seiko kinetic est très précise, je la règle sur une G Shock radiopilotée et elle qu'une une seconde sur10 jours, incroyable. Le mouvement kinetic breveté par Seiko en 88 c'est la précision et la robustesse du quartz avec un mouvement automatique, pas de pile à remplacer. Le cadran est de toute beauté, à la lumière il offre un double reflet soleillé grâce au chemin de fer sur lequel sont posés les index, la date est indiquée de manière discrète, on la voit mais ne saute pas aux yeux. Seiko à fait du bon boulot sur cette gamme de montre. La couleur de la lunette souligne le cadran, sa finition matte titane carboné contraste avec la carrure qui est brossée circulaire sur le dessus et poli miroir sur les bords. Le petit chanfrein poli ajouté entre les cornes apporte une belle finition. Le verre hardlex est plat, ce qui apporte de la finesse à l'ensemble. Le fond en verre Hardlex laisse entrevoir le mouvement Kinetic, c'est pas qu'il est joli, mais c'est une curiosité et un beau pied de nez aux montres automatiques classiques. A ce prix là aucune montre auto ne sera aussi précise. Lors qu' il bouge on peut légèrement entendre le rotor tourner dans le boîtier, c'est normal c'est une particularité du mouvement, moi je trouve que ça a son charme, certains trouveront ça dérangeant. Le point noir, pour moi, c'est le bracelet, ses bords sont saillants et il n'offre pas une grosse marge de réglage, le fermoir n'a que deux trous d'ajustement, mais c'est facilement remplaçable. Pour une montre affichée à 340 euros chez Seiko et touchée à 200 sur Amazon je suis ravi, elle rejoint ma collection mais va être ma daily pour un moment. C'est une jolie montre, attachante, facile à porter, son diamètre convient aux petits poignets, le mien fait 17cm et la montre pose très bien (les cornes ne sont pas trop courbées). On a tendance à dire que les montres à quartz n'ont pas d'âme, contrairement aux montres mécaniques. C'est peut-être vrai, je possède principalement des quartz solaires, radio pilotées ou pas, compliquées ou pas, mais cette Seiko Kinetic, aussi simple soit elle, à un charme que je ne m'explique pas...

Eine neue Uhr war fällig. Nach langen suchen und Vergleichen blieb ich immer wieder bei der Seiko Kinetik hängen. Hier bei Amazon war sie im Vergleich zum Seiko-Listenpreis um 72 Euro günstiger. Bei einem Handgelenk-Umfang von 18 cm ließ ich die Uhr um 3 Glieder kürzen. Nun sitzt sie stramm am Handgelenk. Bei den Rezessionen wird das Stahlarmband oft bemängelt. Es hat "nur" einen Standart-Verschluss der unteren Seiko-Preisklasse-Uhren. Ich hätte es mir hochwertiger gewünscht, aber das Armband macht seinen vorgesehenen Dienst. Die Krone wird Beim stellen der Uht nicht rein oder raus geschraubt, sondern durch Zug gelöst, und mit Druck wieder arretiert. Ich habe einen Uhrmacher gefragt, der meinte, dass trotzdem die 10 Bar Wasserdichte gegeben ist. Eine sehr schöne Uhr, deren Kauf ich bisher nicht bereut habe. Und bei diesem Preis kann ich mit gutem Gewissen eine Kaufempfehlung geben! Nachtrag - ca. 5 Wochen später: Die Seiko Kinetik hat eine Ladestatus-Anzeige. Anfänglich war alles gut. Nach anfänglichen Eintragen der Uhr das Knöpfchen in der 2-Uhr-Position gedrückt, der Sekundenzeiger huschte von 12-Uhr-Position auf 20-Minuten, was bedeutet, dass sie somit zwischen 2-3 Monaten Gangreserve hat. Vor ca. einer Woche zeigte die Gangreservenkontrolle (10 nach ...) trotz ständigen tragen nur noch wenige Tage an. Ich habe versucht durch einen Uhrenbeweger die Uhr versucht aufzuladen; das selbe Ergebnis (10 nach ...). Ich habe Sie dann mehrere Tage auch Nachts anbehalten, mit dem selben Ergebnis. Nach zügiger Kontaktaufnahme mit Amazon, sofort ein Rücksendeticket erhalten, obwohl die Rückgabefrist überschritten wurde. Für diesen sehr guten Service bedanke ich mich ausdrücklich.
