Whilst some of the reviews are true and i do agree that these are expensive usually. Around £18 for a box of 8 in the shops and yes, sometimes the gel does go gunky and horrid.The pros for me, outweigh the cons.They are really handy to have and as another reviewer has said, really great if you are going on holiday, away for the weekend etc as they don't take up as much space or weight as a can of shaving gel.I personally find them handy for everyday use. I shave everyday as i have dark course hair and these always give a very very smooth result. Expensive, but i would say they are worth it for the result and just being handy.Never had a cut or nick with these, even when the gel bar is low.Very good sharp blades too.Sometimes, as mentioned, if they get too wet or if you are using them for a long time then the gel can get gooey but its not that big of a deal, they still do the job and i just put it back on the holder (supplied when you buy the razor) and it soon dries back to normal.Would 100% recommend just for pure convenience!

These are my favourite blades. They give a great shave and smell so amazing. Much better value buying here than in store. Have lasted a long time but will buy more when needed.

I go between buying from Amazon and Savers for these. Always super good value and best to buy in bulk. Always gives me a good finish from shaving can do underarms, legs and more sensitive areas fine, only ever rarely cut myself around my knees or ankles. Have used these for years and have never considered switching. Obviously buying one razor and 8 replacement heads is also a much better option for the environment too. I would say one head on these lasts me maybe 2-3 months, less if I shave more regularly. It's also important to keep the head dry after use to get the most out of it.

I am very self conscious about my body hair and the amount I have and although these are good I think they range on the expensive side for the time that you use them, where the soap/oiling part does not last long, for me even if I try to save it as much as I can it melts in the warm water as I’m shaving and by the second time it’s gone, leaving you with just a razor that does not work as well.

These razor blades are expensive, but worth every penny in my opinion as you do not have to use a separate shaving gel and they making shaving so much easier and less messy. For the best results, I soak my skin for a bit and then swipe with the Venus Breeze Spa razor - job done. For those complaining that the bars get messy etc, a tip is to run the block under cold running water after you have finished shaving; I do this and the gel bars stay intact for weeks and just wear down gradually. They also smell nice. Recommended.

I was happy with the product and gud value for price..I wud say, best razors I've used. U get to shave, and don't cut your self, like other razor's.its a yes from me xx
