I wish the boxes would all stay the same size. The bigger flat boxes are perfect don’t change them

This puzzle arrived shrink wrapped and new. Upon completion it was missing 4 pieces!! These were definitely not lost or misplaced by myself. Very disappointed as I was going to mount completed picture and give as a gift.
