OEM Brake Fluid
I ordered this bottle of DOT3 brake fluid to use with my 2021 Ram 1500 Big Horn. I am careful to use OEM fluids, filters and replacement parts where logical. It makes a lot of sense to use OEM brake fluid in this case. Mopar makes some high-quality products that help extend the life of your vehicle. Great product.

It’s Mopar
This is Mopar break fluid, it’s everything it should be and it’s going to be more expensive than other brands.

Mopar OEM Quality
Good to go. Exactly what's needed for my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland V8 with heady duty brakes. Since my vehicle is under Lifetime MaxCare warranty I make sure to use only Mopar oem products.

Best price I could find
I am fairly new to diesel truck ownership so I'm still learning what to use when I perform maintenance on my truck. I know a lot of guys recommend staying with Mopar products but in many cases the brand is way more expensive that other quality name brands. I did find this brake fluid at a reasonable price on Amazon.

It works fine
I like the fact that this is oem, I do feel it is pricey for a 12oz bottle considering other known dot3 are significantly less for more ounces. That being said if your a person that routinely performs the maintenance on your vehicles fluids than this will be enough. I own. 2016 Dodge Challenger sxt plus and instead of giving my brake lines a flush when it gets dark in color I instead by a bottle of this every 2 years and suck out my brake fluid reservoir and refill with this 12oz bottle that has more than enough to fill my reservoir. This type of maintenance is great way of avoiding the complete flush by always maintaining and replenishing your system with good fluid…… That being said if your past this point and need to do a complete flush it might be in your best interest to purchase a quality dot 3 at a more affordable price being your going to need probably two 32oz bottles to do a proper flush of old fluid. I’m saying this from experience when I did this on a 2004 gmc envoy I purchased. It took me two 32oz bottles of dot 3 acdelco fluid which ran me a pretty penny and could have been avoided if the previous owner just maintained good fluid in the reservoir. Conclusion if you love oem then save yourself money and maintain the fluid, if your past that point and and you do a flush go with a more affordable reputable brand and stick with that brand after the flush. Or if you have the extra cash then stay oem and put a dent in your pocket book

Bottle shipment.
The bottle was placed in a plastic bag and in an appropriate size box, however, there was no packaging inside the box to keep the bottle secure from any movement. Thankfully the lid did not crack nor was there any leakage.
