nice sheet
So far nice sheet. Quite thick. Be careful with the size. Try always to go for the bigger one (size as advertised no problem but I'm glad I took the big one). Wash before first use.

Sturdy although needs to be well floured
This is a stiff and relatively thick material so I've found that it bunches up nicely. Also quite large which is useful - certainly larger than I need. Despite flouring fairly liberally I did find that my dough was sticking a little initially - although might just be me!
