This journal is of decent quality, which I did not expect for the price (I paid $6). The design is quite pretty and it is small enough to take around and travel with. The binding looks very strong and sewn together well. If it comes on sale again, I will buy multiple; very good for jotting thoughts down.

I recently filled up a journal and I was looking for a new one to start writing in. I wanted something that was a little more fancy.I like this one because it has 300 pages. It has a simple design on the front, but it’s still quite pretty. I love the matte black color of the journal itself. It feels so smooth and seems to be a pretty good quality.I like how there is a bookmark attached so I can easily open to where I can put in my next journal entry.The pages do feel a tad thicker than regular paper, which is a good thing in my opinion. I like to use blue gel pens to write and this doesn’t bleed through whatsoever.When you have the book open, it doesn’t lay flat on its own, so you have to hold it down with your hand or whatever item. Personally, I’ve rarely used books or journals that lay flat on their own without closing.Overall, I am satisfied with this journal and will be writing in it daily.

It honestly looks even better in person than in the photos.The 300 pages are a huge plus because I don’t have to worry about running out of space anytime soon. The paper quality is great and smooth to write on with no bleed-through using my gel pens or ballpoint pens.I use this for daily journaling and planning, and it makes the whole experience feel more intentional and relaxing and keeps me organized. It also feels sturdy enough to last a long time.Overall, this is a beautiful, well-made notebook and would make an amazing gift for writers, students, or anyone who loves journaling. Definitely recommend!

First, this is a very nice item for the price, you really can't beat it.The design is simple, yet still attractive.I got it for photography use, as a 'model', just stuff I'll use in still life photography.For my purposes, it's prefect, it's very inexpensive, it's very nice looking, and made well enough to last me a lifetime.I would think that the majority of people that buy this would love it, the outer cover is tough enough, although, it's a man-made material, plastic of some type. The reason I know this is, I bent it, crumpled it, hit it with blunt objects, rolled it up, and tried my best to make it appear older. It worked!The inside pages are printed well, the paper seems to be good enough, although, I honestly haven't written in it.For my needs, I halfway ripped out some pages and left them partially 'out' to give it a real, old world look.I used a green Scotch-brite pad to scuff it up some, making its appearance like it's been around the block a few times. I also used dirt to give it a 'dustier' look.To me, it looks like a bible, it's way too thin to be a bible, but when looking down on it, it looks just like one.So, in my photography world, it'll probably be used as a bible, along with other old looking things.I will probably upload a picture tomorrow, I'm sure that there aren't too many people that want to do this, but, there may be one that might.All in all, it's very much worth the little that you will pay to own this.Although the appearance has been changed slightly for my picture, it really works for my needs.

This pink notebook is SO pretty and of good quality and workmanship. I use mine for church taking notes and prayer requests. It would absolutely make a great gift.

Edit: I have only used this for a few days, but the corner on the top front of the journal has separated the cover from its backing. I'm gluing it down, but wonder if this is going to become a larger problem.Pros: This is a lovely journal. The cover feels good and is not too stiff or two soft. The brown is lovely and provides a feeling of leather. Pages lie flat. The paper is thicker than printer paper but not as heavy as some pages. I am using a fine point fountain pen and you can see that there is writing on the other side, but not to where it is heavy visibility. I like this larger size much better than the small ones.Cons: I don't like the notes at the top of the page. I think it ruins the free flow of the journal. And what is this page of personal information at the beginning? Why would you give that to just anyone who picks this up? Oh, I know -- if you leave it somewhere whoever finds it can get it back to you. No. Just no.This is not college ruled. It is normal rule in any notebook. I've attached a comparison of college vs. this page. I don't like that at all. I only ever use college rule, and I find it annoying using this and having all that space left because of the wide rule. If I ever used it again I would get it unlined (if available) and put a page of college ruled notebook paper behind it that had been darkened to show through the page. For that alone it has four stars instead of five. I'm aware that this one isn't described as college rule, but it is a huge annoyance to me in a journal. YMMV.
