Is nrs healthcare shower chair with arms p01560 - corrosive proof

It is meant to be corrosive proof but on ours, the coating inside the arms section wasn't fully covered and rust formed pretty quickly from shower use which meant rusty water ran out of the legs. We may have been unlucky with the quality control but it is very annoying.

Could this chair be fitted with casters?

I have no idea but that would really defeat the point of a non-slip shower chair!
