First my wife and I both love this trike. I got it for her because she is uncomfortable riding on a bike. The trike was delivered earlier than expected so that was great. I watched the video for assembly and it was rather easy. Then I tried to latch the bike but it wouldn’t latch. The hinges were out of alignment. I contacted customer service, sent pictures and they told me that due to shipping they were misaligned. Well I can’t ride it if I can’t latch it. They recommended to have the un weld the hinges which I can’t ride not do. First I took it to a machine shop and because of liability issues they would not quote it. Now to get it to a shop I had to get a friend with a trailer. Then I took it to an electric motor shop that I knew had welding capabilities. They quoted me and Meetone gave me credit for the repair. While transporting it I noticed that the back left wheel closest to the differential had a wobble. Once again customer service addressed the issue. They ended up sending me a new hub and shaft. That took another couple of weeks to receive. Well to remove the wheel I had to purchase a bearing puller. Their video showed rocking the wheel to break it loose. That didn’t work but the puller did. I really didn’t want to replace the shaft unless I had to. So I put the new hub on. I did have to remove the tire and tube from the old wheel and replace it on the new wheel. Not a problem since I’m very familiar with bike tires. I needed to be because I rode a bicycle cross country in the 70’s. Once installed there was no wobble. So now I can adjust the spokes on the old wheel and have an extra wheel. For me getting the trike in riding condition was a nightmare and weeks lost. So a shout out to customer service. They will make it right. I don’t believe that they are based in the USA because some of their responses came in at 5 AM eastern time. If you need help they will definitely work with you. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Now after riding over 40 miles and still having battery life I can offer a review. This trike is a BEAST! I love it and so does my wife. She basically uses peddle assist 1&2. Our rides are basically flat with minor hills and you will get a workout. She is a cancer survivor and needs to strengthen her legs. I have not unlocked the higher speeds yet. The cable lock is coiled like a snake and can be difficult to unwind when I lock both bikes. Also it is a standard cable that can be cut. So I wouldn’t leave it in public for an extended time. Having two baskets is definitely a plus. You can carry quite a few items in both of them. I might purchase the larger rear basket in the future. The trike is very sturdy and rides well. Can you flip it? Well leave it to my wife, she did while making a U-turn to fast. Luckily she landed on somebody’s lawn. No damage to the trike. They also supplied extra paint to cover the welding repair. That was shipped from China and took about three weeks. Overall it was worth every penny even though I had some major issues. If you want a trike that is built like a tank don’t hesitate to get one. A good honest company to deal with.

I purchase the base model and it’s as advertised! I have only had it a few weeks but seems like really good trike for the money. Not many negatives. It is heavy like the reviews say but I do think that helps with stability. Assembly is fairly straight forward. Figure an hour if you are by yourself. Very well built and rugged. Ride is nice and turns on a dime. Good power but it’s not a road runner. Base models tops out at about 20 mph with hard peddling in assist mode 3. Remember to unlock the speed restriction on the control pad. You can find a video by the company on YouTube for that. Seat and seat back are comfy but thinking of getting upgraded seat so I can sit farther back from the peddles. The peddles are pushed forward farther than a regular bike but I think my bad knees would like to be even a little further back from the peddles.

Now that I have this trike assembled and have been able to ride it, I would give the trike itself five stars. The assembly was a nightmare due to terrible instructions. The order of the assembly instructions was backward. My advice to anyone starting out, install the safety wheels on the back BEFORE you install the rear basket. If you follow the instructions, the rear basket being in place keeps you from being able to see the frame underneath to install the safety wheels unless you lay down on the floor underneath it. I couldn’t do this, so I felt my way through it without being able to see what I was doing. My trike came without the mounting screws for the front basket. I tried to contact customer support through the website and received no response. I was finally able to reach them through Amazon. They told me to look in the packing box for the screws which I had already done. Duh! I was then told that the screws had to be ordered from China, and it would take a while to get them. I still don’t have them, so I cannot install the front basket or headlight. I’m not sure I will ever get these parts. Again, the bike is fun to ride, but if I had it to do over, I would choose an American made brand. This is an update to my review. Customer service reached out and advised me that they were working on modifying the assembly instructions. Also, I received the screws they sent and was able to install the front basket. I appreciate that the seller made things right. This trike is great to ride, and the back of the seat is really comfortable. It has a lot of great features, and I hope to have some fun rides with my friends.

This trike is a nice bike for the price. It's comfortable to ride. I love the back support! It arrived with a broken taillight and they sent me two new ones pretty quickly. Technical support was above and beyond helpful.

This eTrike is working well for my wife after her Stroke. She can operate all the controls and combines peddling with the motor. Quick delivery and quick assembly. Well designed and constructed.

I’ve been loving my Meetone E-Trike. The folding seat is wonderful compared to my other trikes/bikes. It is heavy which I like because it takes some effort to get going (without PAS) and after some momentum it’s coasting on its own. The front and rear disc breaks work great, maybe a little noisy but full stopping power for such a heavy trike. Battery life has been good. Lots of personal options that other e-bikes don’t have. I set my PAS to 9 levels rather than keeping the default 3. You can set power levels from 3,5,7 or 9. I chose 9 as that limits the speeds at the lower levels to get more manual workout. I also adjusted the setting to keep from lurching and have a smooth transition between PAS levels.

Bought my bike about a month ago and the throttle and the battery is not working. They’re not willing to change out the whole bike. I’ve been waiting for about a month now and still they have not made any contact with me to try to make this fixed I have a 3-D warranty 89.99 for 3 years + I have factory warranty. Meetone not worth the price not happy
