Please check whether the transmitter is taken away the transparent film.When they are set up in the same channel,you can press the test button to test the signal,the light on the transmitter and receiver will become red.

The receiver can't receive the signal or have no response?

Please check whether the receiver switch on the side is on and installed the 2*1.5V AAA batteries,the most important is set up in the same channel as the transmitter.

The flash trigger cannot trigger the flash light?

Please check the flash light whether is set up in the same channel as the trigger,the sync cord or the hot shoe mount is completely connected.
