Keeps cravings at bay
Seems to be working well. I take 2 (1000mg) a day and it really helps me not snack throughout the day. I didn't take them one day to see what happens and the hunger came back. The only issue I have is that a lot of the capsules arrived broken and the powder is all ovet the pouch, which makes it a less of a value for money when I can't use them all.
