I appreciate there are somewhat mixed reviews but my experience with this supplement is amazing! Much brighter, more alert, more energy and far happier. I take them twice a day and recently received my second order. In addition the certainly DO, do what they claim bedroom wise too 😏🤩

Seeing the difference in moods and memory

Took my one a day was hoping to feel any of the results that any of them individually offered in theory it might work but not at the dosage that it’s being provided. Might have to take two or three at a single time.

Happy with this product, has improved my energy and helped with perimenopause symptoms like brain fog and mood swings. I am taking other supplements too but I think these make a difference.
