Best pans I’ve ever own and I’ve own about of those so called non stick! It heats up and cook evenly. Nothing sticks and I’ve have them for months. They wash nicely. Here’s the deal people you can’t cook on high high temps in these types of pan you have to cook on medium or even between medium and high slow cook your food it’s worth the wait as these pans truly cook week and will last for a long time. Be kind to your pans and most of all your food it’s not meant to be thrown in high heat to cook as fast as you can! Read the instructions it truly is worth reading as I even learned a few things and once you get used to cooking on lower temps it truly works! And pans will last forever!

Our sons love to cook, but they are very hard on cookware. I purchased these pans at Thanksgiving and they have help up wonderfully. The nonstick surface looks like ot did when they arrived. They are truly nonstick and very easy to clean. We wait until cool and soak for a few minutes in soapy water, then wash by hand. I think our sons have met their match. I have already placed the 13 piece set in my cart and look forward to their arrival. Thank you for making a quality product that is affordable and will last.

These pans are amazing! Love them!

I am between 3 and 4 stars on this purchase, and I really wanted to like them. I do not think I would buy these again. They will need to be replaced likely within the year. I purposely did not review right away because I wanted to see how they would do- I followed the instructions, using oil or butter and letting them completely cool before putting them in hot water. They stain easily on the sides and underneath and I can tell the coating over the cooking area of the pan is thin . . . buy them, but know you'll replace them sooner rather than later.

I’m sorry to say I don’t like these at all and seriously doubt Bobby Flay cooks with them though that had nothing to do with why I bought them.First the ceramic finish is starting to wear offin 2 tiny spots which is too many for me. I bought these because I wanted a forever chemicals free pan and this one is wearing down. So disappointing.Second you absolutely can not cook on anything higher than medium heat. So if u are in a hurry forget it. Anything over medium heat will stick and start to burn.Worse pan ever. I threw out my teflon pans because of forever chemicals in non stick pans. Gonna have to find another alternative. Unfortunately these are not it.

These are high quality and work magically for all kinds of nonstick food fair. They're easy to manage. We love watching Bobby Flay and we needed these sizes of pans, AND we like GreenPan, so the temptation to get them was immense. They were on sale and we realized why. They got flattened on one side. Ah, well.

I can use a stainless steel scrubber and powder on the bottom, the inside cleans well as long as you follow the very helpful instructions peel off sticker in each pan, i. e. don't use cooking spray, preheat 90 seconds. these heat evenly on my electric cooktop, and are level. not too heavy for older hands, plus the handles are very comfortable to grip. the food slides around so easily I have to use 2 utensils to grab one side and hold the other. LOL. Buy a silicone set of utensils and cook away Flay-style!

Bought these pans as GreenPan has a good reputation and I like Bobby Flay. My hubby has a tendency to ruin our pans as he does high heat on our gas stove. The reviewers said only medium heat needed and so did the instructions. I asked him to try medium heat to see how they cook and they did beautifully. Super even heat, heated up quickly and everything has been done just right! My hubby does not use high heat any longer as these pans do what they say. Totally non-stick, good weight, nice handle... buy them... you won't regret it!
