Perfect for making jams from fruit with low pectin content.

Mixed berry jam...yum!
I purchased this in order to use up all the berries that had accumulated in my freezer by making jam. It enabled me to free up space and freezer boxes before Christmas and the jam was a great success. I have only used 1 bottle but will probably repeat the process with berries bought and frozen when the price is reduced. Certo ensures a good set without excessive boiling so is well worth having in the cupboard. Very satisfied with the product and the service from the vendor so happy to recommend both.

Excellent product
In have purchased this item before and was happy to place a second order. Arrives quickly and I have used it making raspberry jam and blackberry jam works very well with both. Will keep purchasing as long as I can make jam

It works!
This was exactly what I needed to set my runny marmalade disaster, just reboiled it with the certo added and a perfect result. I will always use this in future, just like my Mum used to!
