These are THE BEST for my mum. They really work and are comfortable too. Mums words not mine .

Nothing wrong with the product but what irks me is when it says on here that the package was 'Handed to the resident' but actually was just left on the floor at the front door and I know nobody even rang the bell because neither of my dogs reacted! Received as expected this time but they sent the large and not the xl.

Thank goodness for these ladies padded pants. My 95 year old Mum has problems with incontinence, and after getting her to try out different options, the Serena pants are the best, mainly because of the comfort, and no leak factors.

As someone who has worked in care and now purchases these regularly for my mum I can honestly say these are the best incontinence pants I have come across. They aren't the cheapest brand but the absorbency is so much better so they need changing less. They don't leak. My mum finds them easy to put on herself unlike the liner pads and she finds them comfortable. The sizing is accurate as well. If its something used regularly by yourself or a loved one this bulk buy is a really good deal and they are always delivered quickly. I can't recommend enough
