Great Ink for Re-inking Ribbons
I use this ink to re-ink my dot matrix ribbons. While messy, it does bring life back to dried out ribbons.

Storage mess
I bought this to re-ink a printer ribbon. Didn't work so well for me--the ribbon worked well at first but the ink just didn't last. Not sure it's actually oil-based as claimed--washes right off with soapy water. Also it didn't hold up in storage. The ink pushed its way out of the bottle despite the cap being tight. Edit: BCH told me they would ship a replacement product and never did. I tried to follow up and just got nonsense about how difficult it is for ink not to leak. Edit2: Followed up two more times about the replacement product and was told two more times that they are looking into it.

Letโs renew that inkpad!
Just about 3 drops and the ink pad is back to new! Save the rest for later.

not for golf balls
I bought this hoping an oil based ink would be more durable than the ink on my "ball tatt". It is not and comes off as soon as the ball hits wet ground. It might be okay for inked ribbons or other stamps but is not durable on a golf ball.

Messy but effective
I use one of those devices to obscure personal intimation on mail before I recycle the paper. I bought this oil-based ink since it is better than water-based at obscuring a variety of printed labels. My only real complaint is that the instructions have no mention of the fact that there are two seals between the tip and bottle. It took me a few seconds to realize that the ink flow was not going to work after trimming the tip and removing one seal. Once I noticed, I opened the cap and removed the additional seal, but it made quite a mess in doing that. The quality of the ink is very good, dark and opaque, and it is excellent at obscuring personal information from documents.

Doesnโt dry on ammo brass
Purchased this with the intent to stamp rifle brass so I would know what had been processed Vs others. I soaked a new stamp pad with this ink. It was a quick way to mark my rifle brass. Problem is that it never dries! Weeks latter it is still wet and rubs off easy on my fingers. I may suck this up and call it my fault for not doing better research. But, it was claimed to dry fast and stick to hard surfaces. Definitely not the case with this ink. Bummer that I ruined a new stamp pad with it. I will also be down on the cost of the ink pad. I can only give it one star for my intended application. Might be great for yours.
