A very good set of phones. Good sound quality, large buttons and easy to use. Any action taken by one phone automatically resets the others so when installing, only needed to add contacts list on one phone unlike my old ones. It takes several readings of the instructions to understand the set-up and workings but once understood it is easy.

All received in go order, on time. Now all phones set up and working well.

The handsets work well, the volume is good. The caller screening function is useful for reducing the number of spam calls. Once set up, it only allows numbers in the phonebook to ring straight through. Callers from unknown numbers are asked to say who’s calling and you get the option to take the call or send to answerphone. The build quality of the handsets is a bit poor - they feel and look very lightweight and plasticky, hence the 4 star review. The buttons are very large and so good for older users.

Bought this set for my mother in law who is in her 80’s and not at all technically minded when her old phone died. Although I set up the phone for her, it’s very easy to do so. Great that they run off a single phone line with the satellite units simply plugging into mains sockets. They have a terrific call blocking feature where you can simply press a button to add a number which has called you if you don’t want them calling again. Also another really good feature is you can restrict calls to those you have entered into the phones memory- so when the phone rings, you know it’s from an approved number. The buttons are big and it really is easy to operate. Also the volume is great for older people or those with less than great hearing. My mother in law is delighted with this phone. Only criticism is that I couldn’t find an additional handset ( we wanted 5) on Amazon. Had to trawl round other websites.

Has all the features I need and more! Quick to set up the basics and connection. The booklet of features I am still working through. It was good to have a hard copy to refer to and not have to go on line for the instruction book.
