Healthy and great quality!
Great quality as always with Bobs Red Mill! We mix this into foods for my elderly mom in law so she stays regular! Oatmeal, smoothies, etc.

Better than any other cereal I have found, also less expensive than even the cheapest dollar store dreck! It is wheat. Wheat is a better supplier of protein than oats and does not have glyphosphate like nearly all oats do.

Bob’s Red Mill Products
I use this and other Bob’s Red Mill products routinely. As for the “Wheat Bran” I use it in various ways which works for me. In my home made breads, pancakes, muffins, add to hot cereal’s, smoothies, protein shakes, yogurt, mashed banana and even mix with almond, peanut butter. When I don’t have time for the above I just mix it with a few teaspoons of unsweetened apple sauce. No real taste - with wheat bran to speak of and as for quality very satisfied with the Red Mill product freshness, value for the money & added health benefits. The texture is easy to eat & digest for me - it doesn’t have a heavy feeling after eating it in foods. I usually follow wheat, oat bran with water. In life the greatest wealth is your health & happiness. Take care of you first eat healthy, exercise, walk and everything else will follow. Be the best version of you.
