Love this flavour and really helps hydrate quick, 2 tablets in a 1.5ltr bottle of Volvic lemon and lime water and such a refreshing taste, great electrolytes.

I take pain meds that can make me dehydrated. These are excellent and help stop my dry mouth. I love these. Nice fresh taste. I've bought them many times and they were great during the Summer heat wave.

Excellent value for money. As mentioned by others, taste is a little weaker than some other brands but I actually like that. I don't like overly sugary drinks. Mixes well but does take a little while. Personally I like the blackcurrant and lime flavour, which was surprising, as I didn't think it would be a good combo. Not sure why the instructions say to drink it immediately after making it, I take it to the gym or on walks and have had no issues. OK, I wouldn't store it for 24hrs but seems fine to keep for a few hours.

I use one of these as my medication gives me a dry mouth. The taste isn't too strong, but I also buy the citrus flavour. They really help to hydrate me. This is important to help keep my kidneys healthy.
