It is very easy to insert into my Balanced Body reformer

Everything about this reformer and its accessories is high quality. This platform extender is as solid as a rock and does exactly what it's supposed to do. It is excellent for people with larger feet who need a larger platform to stand on while doing leg work...or it provides a larger space for your forearms to rest while doing upper body work. Installation and removal is easy because it just slides in. The black pad that goes over it is fantastic and high quality. If you're already spending this much for a reformer, just spring for all the accessories. I did, and I couldn't be happier!
