The lock provided was not compatible with the handle according to the service company. So I didn't have the opportunity to test the product, after making holes in the door they told me that wrong and incompatible parts were provided in the package. I had to return the product. One of the worse product and service. It developed some problem in less than 2 months of purchase Vendor demanded SR. 250 for the service, although the price for the product was only around 850 (in promotion). Really destroyed my door and had to be replaced although Amazon refunded. But my loss remains. Beware
