It took the knots out of my back!
I can't afford a massage so what's better than finding a massager on Amazon? Lol. I bought this with no high expectations, actually to return it, but it did so well, I still have it. The quality is nice, like a leather, with the hand holder area, which are nice because you can hold where you need it, and pressure if you need deeper! It doesn't weigh a lot, power is 3 settings, which is useful, the heat you can turn on or off, could be a little warmer honestly, or maybe a button for levels, and the only thing I didn't like was it wasn't cordless, but that was my fault for not reading. All in all it hasn't been returned, and I use it a lot more than I thought!

Great massager especially if no help when on your own
2nd time I have brought this I suffer with terrible back and neck pain had surgery and has helped alot, my 1st one lasted about 4 years until my husband decided to try n do his leg after a gym session and pressed to hard on it or it would still be going. So bought the same one again & husband is banned from this one. It comfortable easy to use wish the lead was a bit longer, but hits the bits you cant reach on your own. Different ranges for pressure and u can apply your own I really like it.

This massager is a game-changer. Convenient, strong, well packaged, includes a USBC cable.
This cordless rechargeable Shiatsu neck and back massager is absolutely fantastic. It arrived well-packaged [the box even has a built-in carrying handle] and feels high-quality right away. The U-shaped design is comfortable and lightweight and being fully cordless makes it incredibly convenient to use anywhere. The bi-directional kneading nodes deliver a deep, professional-style Shiatsu massage that really works out the knots in my neck and shoulders. I love the added heat function. It’s soothing and helps loosen tight muscles fast. With three intensity levels (low/medium/high), it’s easy to adjust to exactly what I need. The 90-minute battery life is excellent, and it recharges quickly. It also uses USBC instead of some proprietary crap, so you usually have a cable within reach. But thankfully they also include a cable. It comes with a manual and their support email is stickered onto the included USBA to USBC, so it will be easy to get support.I originally bought the corded one a year ago and was very happy. So I bought this cordless model. All my other comments on the last one are just as valid:"This massager is a game-changer. The kneading action feels incredibly lifelike... almost like real fingers gently working into sore muscles. It’s not just powerful, it’s intelligent: the motor automatically reverses direction if it gets stuck, and if it’s blocked both ways, it shuts down safely rather than burning out. That kind of smart design really impressed me.The arm straps let you pull it snugly against any part of your body, not just your shoulders, though I’ll admit, it feels especially amazing there. Compared to typical hand massagers, this one is significantly quieter and delivers a much more satisfying experience. I’ve found hand massagers often cause numbing from the vibrations, but this one avoids that entirely."
