Some turmeric-curcumin products don't contain enough curcumin to stand a chance of being effective. Two capsules of this daily is a suitable dose. Capsules that contain twice as much as this one tend to be difficult to swallow, so this one seems to be a good choice. The price is reasonable.

This turmeric is so much better than plain Turmeric because it has the black pepper in it as well. It has been working SO well for me!

Works to stop inflammation pretty fast, taking about 4 hours and faster if taken with food. Works just as good as, if not better, than ibuprofen or naproxen in my experience. Has the necessary black pepper to ensure adequate uptake into the body. I take one tablet every day and it helps quite a bit. Highly recommend it for people trying to calm their inflammation, though it isn't as strong as the harder hitting anti-inflammatories it gets the job done on smaller cases.

I take one in the morning and one before bedtime. I’m doing it because it’s supposed to be good for you. The price is good compared to others.

They are great. I take 2 everyday .helps with my joint pain. I open the pill and pour it into my mouth so that it gets into my system faster.

Seems to be effective and working just fine. Easy to swallow.
