I bought this hoping this would help resolve some digestion issues and support liver function but honestly I can’t tell if it’s doing anything. It wasn’t terribly expensive so for it being a trial and error kind of thing, I’m not disappointed in the price. I do like that the dosage is only 1 capsule instead of two because they are on the bigger side of the pill scale. I did not experience any side effects, discomfort or anything that would have me running for the hills - definitely a plus. I also did not experience any taste at all so if you leave the capsule in your mouth for a few moments, you won’t grossed out. (Likely because it’s a veggie capsule instead of a compressed powder tablet). The packaging is durable and the ingredients appear to be high quality - I just have not seen any changes in my overall health so I am not 100% convinced at the effectiveness of the supplement. I’ve been at it for 30+ days so I’m going to stay up with it until I run out and reassess
