This is one elegant and efficient air fryer. I have had two others that did not last. Sure hope this one does. So quiet and heats up quickly. Easy clean up. This design totally works.

I needed a new air fryer. Even though it said it was used it was pristine. It works very well. I like the glass basket. It makes it easy to put in the dishwasher. The glass does get hot so be careful. You can put a decent amount of fries in the basket. It was really a great value. Air frying is definitely the healthier option.

Works great. Glass basket is very heavy and retains heat so use caution, but it is safer than non stick for your health. Very Low noise which is a plus. Basket size is perfect for two people who are normal proportion eaters. Do not rinse glass basket out with water until it cools or it may break from shock. Only drawback is that the metal bottom grill is very hard to clean. The grill grate is fine wire and will shred a sponge. I use a brush but even then the bristles will get caught. I've learned to spray the grate with oil first for easier cleanup but still not fool proof. I'm looking for a replacement grate but all I see that would fit are round ones. Overall still 5 stars.

Horrible customers service. I have had two of these and now I will never buy again. Don't get me wrong, I liked the first one and the fact that it was forever chemical free but the basket slipped and as I went to catch it, it shattered agaainst my cabinets and a huge chunk of glass went into my thigh...still have the scar 6 months leter. I considered it my fault but now as I am writing this review, the basket may not have been locked in securely even thought I am sure I had it all the way in. I attempted to contact them and no one get back to me about buying a replacement basket. Needing another, I purchased another one frrom Amazon. Last week, not even having it for 3 months, the machine began to smoke. Again I attempted to contact them but to no avail and Amazon is just as bad to respond. Kicking back emails. Shame on both these companies.

-We unpacked the air fryer and it looks beautiful and doesn’t take up much space. - The glass “basket” is heavy (but we assumed as much) so keep that in mind. -The fryer does not come with tongues as it states here. - The instruction booklet refers to Celsius in the written instructions but Fahrenheit in the cooking table. We see no instructions on how to choose between both. We are going to assume it is Fahrenheit.

É mais bonito pessoalmente do que por foto! espero que tenha uma boa durabilidade , como foi importado não foi tão em conta mas pelo design minimalista achei lindíssima bem pequena o tamanho da Air fry porém compacta mas o cesto de vidro é bem grande eles priorizam o cesto parece que é grande mas pessoalmente tem um tamanho agradável e linda! Tem a função que corta a energia ao tirar o cesto e na metade do preparo pedir pra vira o alimento, Pelo valor pago espero que tenha uma boa durabilidade
