LOVE THESE!!! Currently 30 weeks pregnant & supposed to drink 70-100oz of water a day. Let me tell you, it’s HARD to drink water right now, plain water makes me sick 🤢 These electrolytes taste SO good. The saltiness is just what I’ve been craving & the ingredients are clean which is a huge plus! I definitely will be trying the other flavors as well. They dissolve very well too so you don’t have a grainy texture to your water. Will definitely be buying again!!

My husband and I have tried EVERY hydration packet drink out there and this is our favorite. It's salty and a little sour and a little sweet...but the taste isn't overwhelming. I am very picky and can't stand the sweet drinks or the ultra artificial flavors. I sip it all day after a workout and I think it definitely helps to keep me hydrated!! I can't help but think it would be great with a little lime and tequila (!!).

These taste great. I only use about a half pack at a time so they will last longer than expected. Helpful to get an extra boost of hydration every few days when straight water isn’t enough. Ingredients seem pretty clean. It does take a little time for them to dissolve but once all mixed in, it’s a great flavored drink to mix up the flavor sometimes.

I love that these have great clean ingredients however the taste is very salty. The overall flavor is good but with it being so salty, I do like to mix it with a Prebiotic soda to cut down on the salt flavor. Perfect for a loaded water where you are mixing additional drinks that mask the salty taste. These mix quickly with water. I feel like they are a little bit pricey but I'm willing to pay that for the clean quality ingredients that are in Promix.

The taste is nauseating. I cannot even describe how bad it is. I forced my self to try one of each and usually I would never waste something this expensive but I absolutely cannot drink any of the flavors. I started with the watermelon, while it does say « salted watermelon » I don’t think anyone wants to drink something that taste like this. Imagine a watermelon margarita except of the rim of the glass being salted you get a cup full of salt and no sweet after taste. You basically only taste the salt with a fake watermelon flavor. I took it with me to my grad class and took my first sip while listening to my lecture… bad idea… if only I had know… I GAGDED!! But again because this is not a cheap product I still drank my whole bottle but every time I felt like I would throw up from the taste. I tried the other two flavors, salted raspberry (even worse) and peach(the « better » of the three) but I can’t drink anymore. I understand that electrolytes have an after taste, I’ve tried many brands and it’s always there but here we’re not talking about a minor slight taste, I am pretty sure the extreme saltiness was done on purpose and it is repulsive… Waist of money

These taste amazing and are super hydrating for my monthly cycle. I don’t drink them everyday, but when I fly, workout, have night sweats from pms, I use half a package twice a day. It helps with my energy level and mental clarity.

Taste great. Best electrolyte out there.

I use the grapefruit flavors premix daily I just am not a fan of this flavor. I’ve had several friends try them and all say it’s to salty for them but I find it helps me tremendously with getting hydration in and I love the flavor of the grapefruit. Having them in single servings is super easy to always have on hand and toss in my water bottle.
