Oneisall auto cat feeder is incredible! I had it for roughly 3 and half months. Why I bought it: I wanted to control portion size of my cat's dry food and I wanted to be able to control the feeder when away from home. Additionally, I wanted to be able to schedule feeding times. This feeder accomplishes all of that. Pros: -a decent capacity for food storage and it comes with a dessicsnt pouch to keep the food fresh longer. -Removable steel tray so you can wash it. -Battery backup as well as plug in. -control feeder through phone app and manual controls -The app is pretty functional. It's responsive. Connects via wifi so you can use it away from home. Seems to be a part of a broader smart home device network -The ability to set a meal plan. You pick the times, the days and the portion amounts. Lots of variability. It also tells you when the next feeding is (24 hour mode). -It has a record of feeding. This is important to me because it lets me know if the feeder fired when I expected it to. It does say when it's disconnected from wifi, you lose this capability but it will still feed as scheduled. -It has a quick feed option of like 1/2 portion size that you can do if your cat is bugging you about food. Cons -Manual controls are difficult to use. This is also a strength because my cat has learned that the knob is involved in dispensing food. He can depress it and hear the beep but nothing comes out. That's because you need to depress it then turn it to highlight feed in order to accurate the feeder. It's just a little tedious when you do want to use it. -The hopper's lid feels like it's gonna break every time I open it. -its not clear how much food is in one portion. You'll have to measure it yourself and the set up your feeding schedule. -The manual control makes a loud beep when the knob is depressed. That's how I know the cat is hungry ... again. Neither Pro nor Con -The app has a lot of unnecessary extra stuff in it. For example, AI notes? Live recording, real time transcription, translation service, as well as other smart device settings. Maybe the manufacturer sells other smart devices? Overall, I am really pleased with this product. I hope it is durable and lasts long into my cat's life. Anytime there's a proprietary app that is involved, you are at risk for losing functionality or even bricking the device. Luckily, it still has manual controls but you lose the meal planning. I probably will not use any of the extra eous smart home stuff because I'm already in the Home Assistant eco system and I don't need another system.

I got this as an upgrade for my 5 year old automatic feeder. The old one was tedious to set up, the time was inaccurate and would shift a minute a day, and it could only do 4 meals a day. I got this one specifically because of the large number of meals per day (10+?) so that I can put my cat on a diet and have it be less noticeable due to the frequency of meals. I was worried about the app since I’ve had experience with glitchy poorly designed apps for other smart products, but it is a very nicely made app and intuitive to set up and change meals as needed. Don’t have to do any set up on the machine itself really since the app establishes the time from your phone as well! You can even put a widget on home screen so that you can jump right to monitoring feeding. I like how every part of this comes apart for cleaning, I feel very confident this is clean and can be kept clean in the future with ease. Love the stainless steel bowl that is also removable. Threw everything in the dishwasher and then hand dried. This looks really nice and sleek. my only gripe is the lights on the machine itself can only be turned off or on, wish there was a dimmer, but that is the most minor gripe, I just keep the lights off which actually looks very nice as well. 0 complaints otherwise, very excited to be able to use this to work towards a healthier weight for my cat!

I bought this feeder as recommended by a friend who has one and loves it. I had some issues with it so I contacted the Oneisall customer service. Sue (at customer service) was spectacular, courteous, and very prompt in responding to my emails. She helped me troubleshoot as much as I could, but apparently the unit was bad. Since the window to return it was closed, she sent me a brand new feeder. The new one works perfectly. It’s easy to connect and program through the app, and the portion control is perfect (unlike a previous one I had that was WAY off). I like the stainless steel bowl and the fact that the chute does not obstruct part of the bowl, so it’s easy for my cat to eat without having to navigate around it. It also locks well so my cat can’t get the lid off (and trust me, he’s tried). I highly recommend this feeder if you’re looking for one!

It works how intended. I wish it held a little bit more storage. However, it was easy to connect and set up. Sometimes it fails on the feeding. I attempted a “slow feed”, and it only shot out food once not the other 3 times it attempted. I mainly got this because I thought the locking feature was nice and it would stop my cats from getting in it. It doesn’t. I tried knocking it over like my cats would try, and the lid immediately came off and food was everywhere. I attempted three times with different amounts of force. My cats are fat a*ses and have literally ripped a food bag apart to get to eat it. They most definitely will find a way to knock this over to get food, and once learn to do it, there’s no stopping them. My wallet can’t handle the amount of money on food I’ll loose because they’re fat and this lid won’t stay on when knocked over. Also, the makers put this stupid big white sticker on the lid that was a pain to get off. The sticker was for you to see if the food is big enough to fit. Y’all could’ve just made this a separate sticker with an option for us to put it on the device, or just put it on the box or instructions. It was annoying.

An amazing product! Works great and so does the app! Only downfall: not meant for food motivated animals! My 20lb cat has found ways to get food out of it without it dispensing. For example, if he hits it hard enough, it will drop a few pieces. And if it’s in a spot where he can’t just hit it, he will knock the whole thing over and eat as he feels from the reservoir from the lid popping off.

Set up is super easy. Total time, including meal plan: 7 minutes!!!!! Instructions are clear. The unit is very user-friendly!!!! Adjustments can be made in a minute. Electric, with battery backup, so your furry friend will not go hungry!!!!!

Owned this since July 15, 2025 and it has been nothing but headaches. I was looking for a simple device that I could schedule to feed my cat three times a day to manage his weight. I thought it was going to wonderful - the device had batteries for backup and an ac adapter, so whether the power went out or network issues or whatever, the cat would still be fed. Great. The original app the instructions said to you was Oneisall. After setup, it worked for about a two weeks before my power went out due to a storm, and for some reason it decided to switch to battery power permanently, despite the ac adapter and cable not being damaged, so a one and a half months after that turned off due to no power and I had to delete it from the account on the app and reset. Then the Oneisall app updated. Again, the device would appear to be offline and I could not make changes or view the feeding schedule unless I woke the device by pressing the button - defeating the whole purpose of it being on the network and remote. Another app update and again, I had to re-add the device to the account to get the device to show as 'online' in the green, able to view the schedule and make changes. Now here we are, December 7, 2025 and the app updated again last week and stopped the feeding schedule. I contacted customer service, now they are telling me to download a new app, "Smart Life" which has all manner of home devices that network and information gathering and sharing, which I didn't ask for nor do I want. ALL THIS THING NEEDS TO DO TO FEED A CAT, THATS ALL. I don't need it to know where my house is located, what type of rooms I have, voice control, or cloud storage, or AI or ANYTHING. It needs only the level of programming like a VCR - time, on, and off. This is ridiculous. The only upside is this thing has a two year warranty, so at 6 months of use, hopefully this company will take this clunker from me and refund me. AND I CAN GO BACK TO FEEDING MY CAT LIKE A NORMAL PERSON AND BEING WOKEN UP AT 6 AM BY HIS LOUD, BEMOANING MEOWING LIKE AN ALARM CLOCK.

I purchased two of these for my cats, as they eat different amounts of different foods (one is on diet food, another is on hairball food). We wanted them to have an automatic feeder for when we go out of town. Initially, we monitored them to make sure they weren't stealing food from each other or going to the wrong bowl. They were very quick to learn and got accustomed to the new feeders quickly. They did seem a little skeptical about the tinging noise of the food hitting the bowls at first, but got over that quickly. They work great and are accurate as far as dispensing amount and time. I love that they connect to the app and I can easily adjust feeding times/amounts. I also love that you can plug it in and keep batteries in it as a backup power option. This makes me feel much better leaving the cats alone for a few days while on vacation. I do wish that it was easier to remove the canister that holds the food though. If you try to take it off, food falls out the bottom. You either have to empty it or turn it upside down to take it off and clean it. Maybe some kind of closing/locking mechanism could be added? The feeder is very easy to refill with food though. I also wish it had the voice recording feature that the double feeder has, as that always helped notify my cats that it was feeding time. Overall, this product works great for us and our two cats!

This is a nice product, great features and the app works well BUT... If your cat is smart (All Cats Are Brights), then he will find a way to mess with the feeder : shaking the product will release kibbles, and the weight of the unit is not enough to avoid knock over. We were lucky enough to have camera and a friend close by to help us, but we are currently looking at other feeder options. EDIT : We ended up using the F1-W from oneisall, it has a more sturdy design, with very less chance to be tipped over. Bonus the F1-W has integrated battery as well. Practical. Easy to use.

I have been using the automatic feeder for a month now and it is an amazing product. I have had no issues so far. It is easy to connect on WiFi and set the feeder frequency, it will do the job for you. I don’t have to wake up early on weekends, my cat now knows where he gets his food and does wait for us to feed him. Initially I was a bit sceptical to buy as I preferred a feeder with the camera so that we could monitor when we are at work. But I don’t regret buying this at all. I have positioned my existing camera towards the feeder (actually it is not req). My cat gets his feed on time without relying on anyone to manually feed him. I use Royal canine dry food and one portion in the feeder is around 30 pieces that gets dispensed.

Excellent produit fonctionne parfaitement bien, sert les repas pour minou à la bonne heure depuis déjà deux mois . Facile à programmer et livre la qualité exacte.Il se nettoie facilement et minou est très heureux. Je peut même m’assurer avec l’application que minou as bien reçu sa nourriture lorsque je suis à l’extérieur. Il fonctionne soi à batterie ou branché direct. Il est bien d’installer des batteries au cas que l’électricité venait à manquer. Je suis très satisfait et je vous le recommande sans soucis.
