Pure cocoa paste! Best quality! Made hot cocoa drink. Unbelievable rich velvety foam. Unprocessed so when you take 3 pieces, add hot water ,cinnamon, a pinch of pepper and cayenne to inhance the flavor you will be blown away by the richness of this cocoa paste. The cocoa butter is still in the cocoa paste because it hasn't been processed or touch. Just absolutely unbelievable! Taste is rich and I will be buying more.
