5 button fob case for Land Rover Freelander 2 remote key fob shell replacement

Very good item quick delivery, and saved me Money as was told it was the mechanism in the land rover that was at fault so took a chance and it worked.

My original key fob would struggle locking and unlocking. After tearing it apart (not an understanding) it was clear to see that the little nubs that press down on the switches were very worn (the locking one was gone completely). I tested the battery with a multimeter and it turned out I didn’t need to replace it which was a bonus. The new case depresses the switches perfectly, works as new now. product, not as high quality as the original LR one but works perfectly, also slightly lighter which is handy

Excellent case, old one's open and close buttons were worn out. Hardest part is splitting the old case, as it is glued, without damaging the circuit board. New one was a minutes job to clip together, old mechanical key fitted to case perfectly and every button works as expected. Well worth it for the amount paid.

Nice case better than landrover ones as you can crack open the case too change battery instead of separating glue and re gluing like original ones.
