Good quality tailoring and finish but it’s not cotton although the fabric is tolerable.

I just wore it casually and not under the saree.Unlike other petticoats of this type,this one comes all the way down to the ankles.Description does say ankle but I was not sure.I bought the other brand it stays above the ankle,although it states ankle less.Frill in the bottom is added benefit.As of now shape ,fit ,& color is perfectly fine.It is stretchable and nicely shaped.Definitely value for money. Will update after washing.
