For this price it's great. This is pea protein, not whey so its cheaper, but its not bad in any way. Just the taste is a bit weird and not very good at mixing. Also, dissolve in cold or normal water but not hot water as it forms lumps. Still its a great product and I buy this every month for me, my mom, and my grandma (good for older people too)

This is a very bad protein powder. Especially since it tastes bad, and it leaves a chemical aftertaste in your mouth. It's cheap, that's the only good thing. Take it responsibly.

I used AS-IT-IS Nutrition ATOM Pea Protein (Mango flavour) for a decent period of time, and my experience with this product is mixed. Starting with the most noticeable part, the taste is very bad, especially in the mango flavour. On my first use, the flavour was so unpleasant that I genuinely felt like vomiting. It does not resemble natural mango in any way and feels more like an artificial aftertaste. For people who are sensitive to taste or already struggle with protein shakes, this can be a major problem. The texture and mixability are also not good. The powder does not dissolve smoothly in water and tends to form clumps, even with proper shaking. The consistency feels grainy and heavy, which makes the drinking experience uncomfortable. Using a blender helps slightly, but it still does not feel smooth. On the positive side, digestion is easy. I did not experience bloating, gas, or stomach discomfort, which is often a concern with protein supplements. This makes it suitable for people with lactose intolerance or digestion issues, as pea protein is plant-based. The protein content is high, and in terms of results, it does its job. With regular training and proper diet, I noticed visible effects such as reduced body fat and gradual increase in muscle mass. Performance recovery also felt stable. From a purely functional point of view, the protein quality seems effective. This product clearly falls into the budget category. It is affordable and focuses more on nutritional value than taste or refinement. If your main goal is to meet daily protein requirements at the lowest cost, this product can work. However, if you have the budget, there are better quality protein options available with improved taste, smoother texture, and overall better user experience. If u dont like don’t buy it. I have pcos and it has helped me with weight loss. The quality is great. Yes it takes time to mix and yes the taste is somewhat like medicine but I don’t mind it. It has worked for me and it’s one of best vegan options because I can’t have dairy anymore.

Don't buy for taste , obviously it is plant Protein and affordable and work well for a lactose intolorent guy and as of taste it is avg not as good as whey protein I am using it from 2-3 months it has over flavouring need to reduce a bit

Hope this gets to AS-IT-IS. This contains sucralose. The unflavoured version doesn’t. That one ingredient causes loads of issues. Not good for the gut, kills good bacteria there. I have noticed no issues with unflavoured version. It’s next to perfect. Please use another sweetener. Switch to monk fruit. This caramel banana flavour tastes great, one of the best flavours with water alone. Yet, the sucralose is why this isn’t a daily driver type supplement.
