I have struggled with rheumatoid arthritis for nearly two decades. The pharmaceuticals offered by western medicine have proven to be as debilitating as the disease. So first of all, most of the time it takes some time using something like this to see if it's working. So I can't comment on that just yet, but I have had no side effects even taking one in the morning and one in the evening. I'm not saying you should do that; follow the label. Can't comment on quality yet; there's no smell unless you open the capsule and add it to food. Size: a little hard for me to swallow them, but I can. So if you have trouble swallowing pills, that's something to consider.
