This is amazing stuff! I’ve been using it every other day and my cellulite and crepey skin on arms and legs is disappearing. Each time I use it I’m noticing my skin looks better and better and I don’t always excercise straight after putting it on but when I do the effect is even more pronounced. Roll on the summer holidays!

I was skeptical at first but saw Ronnie Coleman speak highly about this product. For me it works brilliantly, but I am dieting and going to the gym regularly. There is no magical pill but this is an excellent tool to kick start your journey with. I also think you need to be consistent when using it, I do 2 times per day before my work out and with a sweat vest and before I go to bed.

This product had a nice feel consistency wise and might be ok for people with less sensitive skin. However I found after a minute it started stinging and my skin on thighs turned red. I will not be using it again. Therefore I cannot recommend it.

I can’t tell if I like it or not because I’ve only just started using it. But, the sensation on the skin is like having been in the sun non stop for 2 days. It seriously burns!!!

I've only used it two times so far but it does help to slim the body down..Best to use before exercise for best results. Pleased with my purchase!

This product works however, it is not a magic potion so, don’t get your expectations too high as you will be doing most of the work. It is obvious that it will work differently on different people, the same way the same diet and gym regimen will work differently on two different persons. It took me days to see it working. I always been into sport, basketball, sprinting, some combat sports however, after several years of inactivity due to an accident and less time to exercise, I find myself only going to the gym. I go to the gym 6 times a week, I cycle to work and I am past 35 y o. My whole body changed but my midsection. After a few years I understood I needed help to burn that stubborn fat and yes, like most of us here,I saw mr Olympia use it so I thought I will give it a try. With everything I was already doing, I started to see results within days. For the first time in almost a decade I feel like finding my 6 pacs back after a few month. Bear in mind there is no one formula fits all. You need to try it for yourself and see if it works for you but, you need at least to be working out and eating right, again it is not a magic potion!

I found that it works well, takes a couple of weeks to notice but I used it every time I exercised, about 4/5 times a week

Well, overall, it’s a good product and does the job. I was very reluctant to order the product after reading the latest reviews, especially those where customers raised concerns about redness. I took a chance, as a friend of mine advised it works. So, here are my honest comments: it did show a bit of redness, but nothing that would be an issue. On the positive side, it worked great! I am posting about my actual experience in the photos and videos. I think, in modern life, we don’t want to face realities. We just want a product that's a lotion with no signs, and we don’t like to leave our comfort zones. So, we probably prefer to buy a product that doesn’t show any little reaction, and we are happy not to see any results. I believe we have to be ready to leave that comfort zone to see results, and this is the case for this product. I am certainly ordering this again and using it as long as I see some noticeable results.

Zéro.jai comandé au moin 10 tubes,jai fait un regime je suis assez strict sur mon alimentation jai vu la pub avec ronnie colman,je lui es fait confiance et résultat 0.0.0..aprés peut étre çe produit nai pas fait pour moi ,peut être que ça marche sur dautre mai pas sur dautre.ps je vais essayé une autre marque,je vais acheté au moins 3 tubes faire une cure de 1 mois voir 2 pour étre certain de bien essayé le produit jen met 3 fois ou 2 par jour.puis je vous dis a la prochaine bon courage.cordialement..ps atention au commentaire defois ces des trolls.moi je jure sur ma téte que je certifie sur lhoneur mon comentaire,ma devise ne fais pas au autres des choses que tu naimerais pas qu'on te fasse.bon entrainement a tous ,moi aussi je recherche le bon brule graisse pour mes abdos,et sans vous mentir jai 58ans bientot je suis restrain sur le plan alimentaire,mais jai toujours ces bourlets et jzimerai comme beaucoup voir mes abdos,jai reussi quon voi les 2 du haut 😭👈🏻mais le reste ces plus dificile,donc je cherche la meilleur créme,si vous pouvez maidé svp,jai deja essayé au moin 10 tubes de ronnie colman mai quedalle ronnie pff degouté largent jeté en lair pour shrink toning lotion pfff larnaque..si vous en connaissez une bien je suis acheteur la je vais prendre 2 tube dune autre marque je vais essayé plusieur marque on verra bien quéss qui faut pas faire pour perdre cette boué déguelasse dur dur.courage force a tous et bonne gym
