Amazing! Started Keto/Carnivore diet and was struggling with constipation. Taken similar products before but they normally take a few days to a week to kick in. But this worked straight after the first day of taking them. Feel much better now and I will be ordering more in the future. Just make sure to drink lots of water with them to get the best out of them.

Deffo not a gimmick, started taking 2 a day a few months ago and it’s massively help bowel movements almost straight away! Make sure you drink the recommend water at the time and you are good to go, will be continuing to order for sure!

I have spent the past 3 months prioritising health and weight management. Had a hair transplant which made me want to eat correctly, supplement properly (if my meals were lacking in anything.) I've dropped just under 2 stones in these 3 months with the help of Co-Pilot and nutritional recommendations. But I found myself becoming less 'regular.' Fibre in my diet was actually very good, but something was clearly not quite right. I started taking these. 2 a day, and I saw only a slight benefit. The real solution was to stop eating bananas daily and only having them 3 times a week (they can really block you up as I have found out.) But also, 500mg tablets is really not enough to make any real impact. I know the label says to take 2, but actually I recommend taking 3 a day until you find things stabilising like I did, then drop down to 2 if need be. Listen to your body though. 1000mg a day is a surprisingly low intake, maybe this particular brand has a reason for recommending such a low dose but I do not understand. I've been on 3 a day for the past month, and all is good.

- I find these very easy to take - compared to the powder, which I used to put in smoothies, blurg, thick and goopy... - At first I kept forgetting to take BETWEEN meals (not with, as they may block absorption of vitamins if taken with food), now I try to time taking one a chill out/coffee/cuppa breaks and no food. - I take one pill between breakfast and lunch (with a cuppa) and the same between lunch and dinner. They are medium size, but easy to swallow veggie friendly gelatine free capsules. No smell or taste, that repeats, so that is very good! In combo with taking a probiotics before breakfast, this is great during periods of stress and irregular eating, just to keep your system balanced and healthy, and I am finding I feel clear headed and a bit more energised. I think as part as an overall healthy lifestyle, these are really handy when I know I'm travelling a lot/eating out a lot - so I won't be getting in my green smoothies or be too rushed to cook as much veg - a quick fibre blast to keep the system happy. - HUGE bottle, 200 pills - lasting ages for a decent price. Not the cheapest in the world, but I want reliable quality/a brand I trust - Solgar have been good for everything I have tried - I also like their fish oil (incredibly high strength). - The dark glass is great for preserving quality, and I just jiffy bag a handful when travelling, in my handbag.

I've not found that these make any difference whatsoever.
