We have this to my son on his 8th birthday and it was a big hit. The double sight works well for ensuring accuracy, the bow feels sturdy and is fairly powerful due to the metal curved bow. It feels safe to use despite the power - the darts are light and suckered, and the bow will only fire if a dart is inserted. There is also a neat slot to store the other darts in the bow itself. The board stands up nicely and does the job well. The darts seem to stick well and only occasionally ricochet off. All in all a good purchase.

Great toy, very powerful. has a slightly fiddling engagement mechanism, but teaches the child to do things properly.

A bit of a challenge to get thr little screw in but maybe that's me. Very good once assembled...fun

Works great, easy to use. Shoots straight so hitting target easy and the darts stick well to it (and to any flat shiny material eg window). We also use to topple toys, cans and plastic cup towers etc. It is powerful so caution when using around young children: although I can only imagine an injury to an eye if a direct hit at close range. The odd dart has broken fins over time but replacements readily available. Had ours years now.
