It WORKS!!
Really did help improve the length of time I slept. On the second day of taking it, I slept all night for the first time in MONTHS. We moved and I cant find the bottle and I have started waking up more. It has been 3 wks since I have taken any so it remains in your system for awhile or perhaps helps train you to sleep all night again.

Laser Focus Study Aid
No, I don't use this for sleep - I use it for the contrary. Immediately after I wake up I take one, the result is that I get a nice refreshed rested feeling. I also get laser focus for studying or whatever I am working on... it works a bit too well though. The dosage is 2, however, I find one to be sufficient.

Works well to calm. Capsules stink in bottle.

Not so stinky means easier to swallow.
Not a stinky as others but seems to work okay. I am used to Valerian to have an almost gag-like smell, these are much less smelly but this just maybe due to higher refinement. Try them a few time and they seem to work okay.

NOT POTENT
I used to buy in store from another manufacturer, but their priced increased. So i decided to buy here. I thought valerian has that distinct smell. This one doesn't have that "awful smell," which means this is NOT potent. I'm still giving this product a chance by taking 2 a night. Not getting the best results. I'm just trying to use it rather than throwing :((

My daughter uses this for sleep. It relaxes her and is very effective

never heard about this brand but this product is more effective that so many famous brands, great for sleeping, and has no side effects in the morning, unlike other sleep products like melatonin and l-treptophan, etc.

But for me I couldnโt take it anymore as I was afraid that because of it I got allergy pimple on my neck so I stopped it.

What a waste of time and waste of money and waste of hope, this product does nothing regarding insomnia and anxiety, I don't even feel sleepy or my anxiety level goes down, seriously nothing! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON IT!!!!
