I ordered these shoes for my granddaughter's 4th birthday. When I opened the shoe box, I saw that the left shoe was missing a charm. I am really disappointed. I am not sure why the associate that boxed the shoes would place one that is missing a charm. The shoes are really pretty and sparkly, that is why I give it 1 star.
