I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about this sofa set. I purchased it hoping for a decent and durable piece of furniture, but unfortunately, it has been nothing but a huge disappointment. The quality is far below expectations – the materials feel cheap, the cushions started sagging within a couple of days, and worst of all, the frame began to break down less than a month after use. The support underneath gave out with minimal use. I don't have pets or kids and treated it gently, so there's really no excuse for this level of deterioration. I am not sure how to reach out to the seller for support or a replacement, This sofa may look nice in pictures, but don’t be fooled. Save your money and invest in something more reliable. I regret this purchase and would not recommend it to anyone.
