Nokia 6303i steel

... then you'll love the 6303. Basically it's the same phone but better at everything. The specs and reviews are out there so I wont go on about that. It's just nicer in the hand, better to look at, better keypad, better apps, better camera and the battery life is superb, which was the major failing of the old one. Plus, if your a bit savvy, you can pick one up at the same price the old one is going for! No brainer!

Love this phone I only use phone for calls and texts and I got this to replace same model that had been damaged. Bought a second one for my brother both came in good order and as described just a few scratches.

I bought this phone to replace my hopeless "smart phone" because Nokia's always work and last forever. Price is good. What I will say is that it's not perfect, I've only got two niggles with it - when you save a name in the phonebook the surname and the first name are the wrong way around so you have to put the person's full name in the surname section. Also, the handset has turned itself off 3/4 times due to overloading I think - this happened due to browsing and uploading photos to "Ovi", so no big deal BUT it was irritating at the time. I only want this phone to do two things - call and text, so it's brilliant, the screen is clear, the function is quick and the battery is brilliant. The buttons are very well placed and the feel is solid and well-balanced. I look forward to using this phone for a long time yet :-)

I've only had this phone a short while but so far it's the best mobile i've ever had. I love nokia anyway but this one is great, a 3.2 mega pixel camera, mp3 plus it takes a memory card, theres facebook, etc....A big fat 10 out of 10 from me

I bought this phone as a direct replacement for my old 6303, it's okay but doesn't seem as robust as my old phone and is a bit creaky

Had and used for three months now and it is just as described: Up date, very pleased with this 'phone which continues to please almost 12 months later.

Um es vorweg zu nehmen - ich bin wirklich positiv überrascht vom Nokia 6303i und das trotz jahrelanger Nokia-Abstinenz. Ich hatte mir vor dem Kauf ettliche Rezensionen durchgelesen (vor allem die Schlechten) und mich auch auf Handy-Testseiten schlaugemacht. Ausschlaggebend für den Kauf war für mich, die Tatsache ein Handy zu erhalten, welches eine gute Sprachqualität, ein benutzerfreundliches Menü und eine ausgewogene und nützliche Mischung von zusätzlichen Features aufweist. Nun, nachdem ich das Handy habe, kann ich nur feststellen, dass es endlich mal wieder ein Handy ist, welches mich von Anfang an überzeugt. Zuvor hatte ich ein Samsung S 5230, ein SE K750i und ein SE W800. Alle waren ok, aber hatten stehts für mich störende Schwächen in der Bedienung und der Sprachqualität. Nun zum Nokia 6303i. Erster Eindruck - edle Optik und gute Verarbeitung. Positiv fällt einem die leichtgängige Akkuabdeckung auf. Stabil gebaut aber keine für kurzzeitige Verzweiflung sorgende User-Hürde wie bei vielen anderen Modellen. Auch die Tastenbeleuchtugn ist sehr anspechend. Die Bedienung ist intuitiv und das Menü lässt sich, entgegen einiger Rezensionen, leicht an die eigenen Wünsche bezüglich Darstellung und Inhalt ändern. Kleiner Tipp - einfach mal das Handbuch lesen! Manchmal hilft sowas enorm weiter. ;-) Die Tasten sprechen gut an, lediglich für große Hände wird es beim einhändigen SMS-Schreiben auf der letzten Zahlenreihe etwas "krampfig" im Daumen, ist aber nicht erheblich störend. Zur Kamera nur soviel: Es ist eine Handykamera und keine Kompaktkamera! Woher sollen denn bitte gestochen scharfe und kontrastreiche Bilder kommen. Schon allein das winzige Objektiv, geschweige denn, der wohl ebenso winzige Sensor machen es von vornherein überhaupt unmöglich wirklich ansprechende Fotos zu erschaffen. Aber das sollte man tatsächlich vorher auch bedenken, bevor man dann eine 3,2MP Handy-Kamera als Kriterium nimmt, das gesamte Handy schlecht zu bewerten. Ich für meinen Teil wusste es vorher und ganz ehrlich - ich nehm in den Urlaub und zu Feiern eine richtige Kamera mit und brauch da kein Handy für. Wichtig noch für mich - der Mediaplayer. Ebenfalls intuitiv zu bedienen und kein wesentlicher Unterschied zu den meisten gängigen Playern. Soundtechnisch absolut ausreichen und bei weitem nicht so übersteuert wie einige kleinst MP3-Player. Auch hier sollte man zur Bewertung des Handys nicht den Vergleich zu einem IPod heranziehen. Der ist schließlich ersten nur für Sound ausgelegt und zweitens dafür dann auch erheblich teurer. Mit der 3,5 Klinke am Handy ist man vielen anderen Modellen weit vorraus und kann somit unterwegs und beim Joggen ganz genußvoll seine Musik hören ohne sich die Ohren kaputt zu machen. Zum Akku wurde bereits in anderen Rezensionen ausreichend gesagt, aber ich wiederhole mich auch hierzu gerne: sehr gute Akkuleistung! Letzter Punkt - Internet. Ich persönlich brauch keinen ständigen Zugriff mit dem Handy ins Netz. Aber schön festzustellen, dass es auf Anhieb klappt, flüssig läuft und für die nötigsten Dinge (email, chat, news) absolut ausreichend ist. Und ich hab bei keinem anderen Handy bisher so fix einen Zugriff auf mein Email-Konto eingerichtet. Mein Fazit: Wer auf ein Smartphone verzichten kann (und will) und stattdessen ein Handy sucht, dass nicht bis zum Rand mit für ihn unnützen Schnick Schnack beladen ist, welches toll bei den wesentlichen Dingen (Tel/SMS/Mail/Musik) funktioniert und dazu noch schick aussieht, der sollte das Nokia 6303i in seine engere Auswahl mit einbeziehen und es sich gegebenenfalls dann auch zulegen. Kaufempfehlung!!!!!!!!!!!!
