It's a great HD monitor with a very good picture and fits right in my laptop case with the laptop.

Screen itself is exactly what was expected, smaller secondary screen. My problem was with the case/support. It is not very stable. Can't tell you how many times it collapsed with the slightest bump. And yes, I read all of the enclosed material and have it set up properly... just not stable...

Good for the price

This is exactly what I wanted. Easy to transport and great resolution. I appreciate that is comes with a cover and cables.

Pros: -The setup is very easy and I was ready to go in less than a minute. I've hooked up to a few laptops and home computers and everything works great. On some computers, I did have to connect an additional cable, the USB-C, to provide power for the portable monitor to power up. There were no issues running this on computers with Windows or Linux. -Great and sturdy built quality. I love the overall feel and build of the unit. It's lightweight, but feels good in hand to carry around. The stand is easily removable and also serves it's purposes as a screen protector to make it easy to travel with. -Beautiful display and colors. I've played video games, watched videos, and overall web browsing and the colors are nice and vibrant. The brightness is really good and can be adjusted in the settings menu of the monitor. There are a few different picture settings: standard, text, movie, and game. I can even adjust the low blue light setting, which is useful for me to turn on a few hours to reduce my blue light exposure at night. -There is Freesync support in the settings. A really nice feature to have when I'm playing casual video games. I haven't noticed screen tearing or ghosting on screen while I'm playing. -The screen is anti-glare which is a really nice aesthetic as it gives a matte black look when the screen is off. Con: -I don't like the settings button which is used to open and navigate through the in-screen menu. It's a little sharp to the touch and in order to select something in the settings menu, the button needs to be pushed down all the way to register the click. This is the only non-premium feel of the entire unit. -The magnetic cover, which also serves as a stand, does an okay job of keeping the monitor upright. It relies on the thin indentations of the cover to keep the monitor in place. This works great on flat surfaces, but slightly tilted working spaces can be difficult to keep it in place. Overall, this is a fantastic monitor with great value. It's easy to setup, feels premium, and the picture is great for 1080p. I've used this portable monitor to play casual games and it has worked very well. The portability of this monitor, with the cover, makes it easy to carry this unit around to expand my desktop workspace from my laptop.

This is not only a nice little second screen, it is also a great way to mirror your smart phone or ipad. Once I figured out the correct slot to use, the screen mirrored instantly. The only thing to be aware of that if you have an older iphone or ipad with a lightening port or a device with a micro USBC you'll need an adopter because this only comes with the standard USBC connectors. Also be aware that while the screen can draw power from the device it is connected to, if that device is running on battery, it will drain it at a pretty good clip, so you will probably want to plug either the device or the monitor into a power source. One nifty idea I had was to cradle my smartphone in one those wireless controllers and than mirror the phone display to this screen to create my own little portable gaming machine.

This is awesome!!! My husband and daughter both make use of it. It’s so easy to connect and doesn’t require a power source from an outlet. The screen functions very well. . Awesome resolution, brightness and clarity! We love it!!! I feel it’s well worth the value.

This is a good external monitor and works right out of the box. It comes with different cables to suit your need. It has a very slim profile so it offers excellent portability. It feels quite sturdy and has a nice weight to it. The screen is also decent and has adequate colors. It does have the option to draw power directly from my laptop but it drains the battery quickly, so I still have to plug my laptop in when I have to work for an extended time.
